This beautifully simple technique uses a loss glaze to create grass on the piece before it is sprayed with my copper matte raku glaze. The delicate patterns of the grass work well with the matte raku glaze.   Each piece of Raku Art is uniquely painted by fire; signed and dated by Master Raku Artist, William K. Turner. All the colors on Raku Art come from the raku process. William is a one of the best at copper matte reduction raku, which is the Western technique of raku fired ceramics.
