Shown in the Copper Matte Plain technique with Sponged glaze around the edges of the petals or Sponged where the petals are sponged and the edges are copper matte.  Each piece of Raku Art is uniquely painted by fire; signed and dated by Master Raku Artist, William K. Turner. All the colors on Raku Art come from the raku process. William is a one of the best at copper matte reduction raku, which is the Western technique of raku fired ceramics.
